Our university residence is located in the periphery of Lyon (about a 20 minute ride by public transportation) in the university area.

Two kinds of rooms are proposed in a residence:

•  Room in a residence with common toilet and shower
•  Room in a residence with private toilet and shower

AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS IN THE UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE

Due to a great number of requests for this kind of accommodation, we cannot guarantee it availability.

The room will be rented according to its availability and not according to its prices.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE 

Your accommodation request will be filled once we receive the payment for your courses plus administration fees of 50€, 50€ reservation fees for the accommodation and the safety deposit of one month's rent.

Kindly take note that the safety deposit will be reimbursed at the end of your stay provided that the room is cleaned and nothing is broken or stolen.

LENGHT OF RENT

The lenght of rent depends on:

• monthly basis (from the 1^st to the end of the month)
• from one month to 6 months maximum.
